Ready-to-Ship cushions are already made and typically ship within 1-2 business days via UPS ground service.
Unless specifically marked Ready to Ship, most SunCloud® cushions are handcrafted to order. Please allow at least 30 days for manufacturing before shipping.
After your order has been handed to the carrier, standard U.S. ground delivery typically takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on destination and carrier service.
Expedited shipping may be available upon request. Expedited shipping applies to carrier transit time only and does not shorten made-to-order manufacturing time.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $175 or more.
Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A $9.99 return/exchange fee applies when we provide the prepaid return label. No fee applies if we sent the wrong item or the product arrived defective or damaged.
