We stand behind the quality and comfort of every cushion we make. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review the terms below.
Returns and Exchanges (Standard Items)
- We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. No cash refunds.
- For check payments, refunds are processed after 10 days via our corporate office.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless due to our error or a defective product.
- We offer free return shipping unless otherwise specified.
Return/Exchange Procedure
- Email us first to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- Include the RA# on your packing slip and inside the return package.
- Ship prepaid using the carrier noted on your return label.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Cushions must be free from stains, odors, discoloration, soil, pet hair, or human hair to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
For Coccyx (U-Shaped) cushions, do not fold during return. The cushion must lie flat inside the package to preserve foam integrity.
