What’s my order status?
Your SunCloud® order confirmation and shipping emails contain the latest available order information. Once your cushion ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
If you need additional assistance, contact SunCloud with your order number so we can help locate your order.
When will I receive my order?
Many SunCloud® seat cushions are handcrafted in small batches and may require production time before shipment.
Please review the current production estimate shown on the product page when ordering. Delivery transit time begins after the order has completed production and has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available on qualifying SunCloud® orders. Available shipping methods, delivery options, and any applicable charges are shown during checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
SunCloud® accepts the payment methods currently displayed through our secure Shopify checkout. Available payment options are shown before you complete your purchase.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the cushion, packaging, and any visible damage.

How do I initiate a return?
Contact SunCloud® with your order number before returning your cushion. We will review the request and provide the appropriate return instructions.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Because many SunCloud® cushions are handcrafted to order and may enter production shortly after purchase, order changes and cancellations may be limited.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

How do I choose the right cushion?
Start by considering where you sit most, the size and shape of your chair, how portable you need the cushion to be, and the type of support you prefer.
SunCloud® offers different cushion designs, sizes, materials, and foam comfort levels for travel, office seating, home seating, coccyx and tailbone comfort, and everyday use.

Is it easy to change my foam?
Yes. Many SunCloud® cushions are designed with removable zippered covers and interchangeable foam inserts.
This allows a compatible SunCloud foam insert to be removed and replaced when you want a different level of sitting comfort or support.

How do I care for my cushion cover?
Care instructions depend on the specific SunCloud® cushion cover material. Many of our cushion covers are removable, making routine care and cleaning easier.
Always follow the care recommendations for your specific fabric or material before cleaning the cover.
Can the foam be washed?
SunCloud® foam inserts should not be machine washed or submerged in water.
If cleaning is necessary, gently spot clean the affected area and allow the foam to air dry completely before placing it back inside the cushion cover.
Is there a warranty?
SunCloud® products may include limited warranty coverage depending on the product and component. Please review the applicable product page for current warranty terms and coverage.
