We may ask for one current document showing participation in an income-qualified assistance program, such as:
- SNAP or EBT
- Medicaid
- SSI
- WIC
- Income-qualified housing assistance
- Current unemployment benefits
- Another qualifying assistance program
Please cover or remove Social Security numbers, account numbers, benefit amounts, medical information, and other sensitive details. We only need enough information to confirm eligibility.
