Shipping policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Upon delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect your cushion immediately to confirm it has not been damaged in transit.

Please note that our U-Shaped Coccyx Cushion is not designed to be folded. Folding during shipping or handling can permanently compromise the integrity of the foam. If your cushion arrives folded, compressed, or damaged in any way, please notify us right away so we can resolve the issue.

We recommend retaining the original packaging until you have confirmed your cushion is in proper condition.
