Refund policy

We offer a 14-day trial period on all SunCloud® seat cushions, beginning on the date of delivery.

For returns, you may either log in to your customer account and use the self-serve return option or contact us to request an RMA number to begin your return or exchange.

All cushions must be in like-new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. This means no stains, odors, or damage caused by improper handling or packaging. Our U-Shaped Coccyx Cushion must never be folded during shipping or return, as folding will permanently compromise the foam integrity.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

When requesting an exchange, please specify the shape (Travel or Coccyx), the foam height (2 inches or 2.5 inches Plus), and the foam density (X-Soft, Soft, Medium, Firm, or X-Firm).
